The company B. & P. Meccanica s.a.s., in the person of Mr. Ivano Passoni, has the pleasure to inform you that it has manufactured a new tool of remarkable quality and of a certain advantage. It has been planned to be revolutionary in the knife and to be of easy managment.
The advantages:
- Safe knife locking;
- High precision in the knife locating (0,05 Micron) with truncated cone seat;
- Radial tolerance of the knife (+/- 0,01 hundredths);
- Possibility to replace the knife without disassembling the tool casing;
- Opportunity to install two different knives on one tool casing (for example: 10/10 and 10/11);
- Cheap for sure.
While a set of knives operates, the other could be sharpened by a special equipment which can be supplied by the constructor.
There are two kinds of knife-sharpening tools:br>
1. With a plate to fit-in on the sharpening bench;
2. With a cylinder knives-holder to install on the axle in the sharpening index head.
